Languedoc leaseback and Neil Pickett French property consulting are both UK and French registered companies.

They were created as to guide and assist overseas clients in all aspects of purchasing new- build leaseback and classic sales properties in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.

Neil Pickett, company director, moved to Montpellier from London over twenty years ago, and through his personal experience saw the importance for an overseas buyer to have a contact in the region with knowledge of the local market , who can understand their requirements and possible worries.

Since those first days, the region and its property market have not ceased to change.
Over the past five years the region has seen enormous interest from both French and overseas buyer’s, due to its superb geographical situation and to easy access with its 4 major international airports (Montpellier, Nimes, Perpignan and Carcassonne). There is also the TGV which brings Paris only 4 hours away.

With his experience as a property developer in France, being director of sp-invest, Neil Pickett created Languedoc leaseback to adapt to the requirements of overseas buyers and present a selected choice of new- build leaseback and classic sales developments at developer's prices in strategic areas of the region to suit all tastes and budgets.
